Hi! Sorry for taking so long, I've been away. I can't help much with patterns, I'd check any local fabric stores for those. Modifying base clothes that you find at things like thrift stores makes creating your outfit a lot easier. From the looks of the costume, you could probably wing it and make your own pattern for most of it. For the jacket you just need to get a larger jacket and shorten it, as well as stuff the shoulders with something that you can get into that shape. Material wise, just make sure it isn't shiny. You'll want something with a bit of spandex blended in so it can move easier.
